1. Email us
Our only official support channel is email. We do not run support through social accounts, chat partners, or any third party, so if someone claiming to be HornyChat reaches you anywhere else, ignore them.
2. Pick your topic
Each button opens your mail app with the subject already filled in, so your message lands in the right queue. The short checklist under each one is what we will need to help you without a second round of questions.
Payments and coins
A purchase that failed, coins that did not arrive, or a charge you do not recognize.
- The transaction reference from your receipt or bank statement
- The amount and the date
- Whether the coins showed up in your balance
Account and login
You cannot get back into your account, or something in it changed without you.
- The email address or Google account you registered with
- The device and browser you use
- What you see when you try to log in
Safety and reporting
Use the report and block buttons on the call screen or profile first: they act immediately. Then email us if you want a person to follow up.
- The other person's username
- Roughly when the conversation happened
- What happened, in your own words
Privacy and your data
Questions about what we hold, or a request to delete your account and its data.
- The email address on the account
- What you would like us to do
3. Urgent reports
Someone who appears to be under 18, or content shared without the person's consent: report it from the call screen or profile immediately, then email us with the subject line Urgent. These reports jump every queue and result in permanent removal when confirmed.
If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. We are a chat service, not a crisis line.
4. Keep yourself safe when you write
- We will never ask for your password, a one-time code, or your full card number. Anyone who does is not us.
- We never ask you to pay outside the platform. Payment instructions that arrive by email, chat, or social media are scams.
- Check the address. Real replies come from the support address above and nowhere else.
5. Before you write
The Help Center covers the questions we get most: camera permissions, how matching and the free window work, what coins cost, and what to do when a call drops. The safety guide explains reporting and blocking. If the answer is not there, write to us and we will add it.
Questions about the rules themselves are answered in the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
