Getting Started

How do I start my first chat?

Tap Start Chat and pick a mode — video, audio, or text. A working session is created for you automatically when you arrive, so there is no form to fill in first. Video and audio matching show your remaining free matches on the start screen.

Do I need to sign up?

Not to try it. You can match on the automatic guest session. Registering with an email or Google account matters later: it keeps your coins, follows, and message history when you change devices or clear your browser.

Which mode should I pick first?

Text if you want to spend nothing while you look around; video if you actually want to meet someone tonight. Audio sits in between — live voice, no camera. You can switch modes between matches freely.

Camera and Microphone

Why can't my partner see or hear me?

Your browser controls both permissions. Check the camera/microphone toggles on the call screen first, then the permission icon near your browser's address bar. On iPhone, Safari sometimes needs the page reloaded after you grant permission.

Do I have to be on camera?

Use text matching if you don't want to appear on camera at all, or mute/disable your camera from the in-call controls during a call. Nothing is shared until your browser asks and you allow it.

Can I switch between front and back camera?

Yes — the camera-flip control is on the call screen, next to the mute and camera-off toggles.

Matching

What are the three match modes?

Video and audio matching connect you into a live call with a woman who is online — these use your free matches and, past the free window, coins. Text matching is a typed conversation and doesn't bill by time.

What is the free window in a match?

Every video/audio match opens with a free period. A notice appears in the conversation shortly before it ends; after that, continuing is billed by time from your coin balance. Hang up before the notice and you've spent nothing.

How does Next work?

Next ends the current match and connects you to a new partner after a short cooldown. If you want to find someone again later, your recent partners are listed in call history.

Why did my match end by itself?

Usually the other side left or lost connection. You're returned to matching rather than left in a dead call — tap start again and you're back in rotation.

Accounts and Login

I can't log in — what should I check?

Confirm the email you registered with, try a password reset, and make sure your browser allows cookies. If you signed up with Google, use the Google button rather than the email form. Still stuck? Contact support with the address you registered.

How do I delete my account?

Account removal is available from your settings, or contact support and we'll process it for you.

If I register, do I keep my guest history?

Register from the same browser session and your balance and history carry into the account. That's the whole point of registering — it survives device changes and cleared browsers, where a guest session doesn't.

Coins and Payments

What do coins pay for?

Time in video/audio matches beyond the free window, direct calls to a woman's profile (billed per minute at the rate shown on her profile), and gifts. Every rate is displayed before you're charged.

How do I top up?

Recharge packs are listed in the app with their prices. If your balance runs low during a call you'll get a top-up prompt without losing the conversation.

I was charged unexpectedly — what now?

Contact support with the date and amount. We'll trace the transaction and explain or resolve it.

Where do I see prices before paying?

Recharge packs list their prices on the recharge screen. In-call rates are shown in the call itself, and a woman's per-minute rate for direct calls is on her profile.

Privacy and Safety

Can other people watch my calls?

No. Calls are live, one-to-one connections — there is no room, no audience, and no public feed of conversations.

What personal info should I share?

As little as possible. Keep your full name, address, and payment details out of conversations, and never pay a partner directly — coins through the app are the only legitimate payment. See the safety guide for the full list.

Does my chat partner see my location?

Your precise location is never shared with a partner. What she sees is what you tell her.

Reporting and Blocking

How do I report someone?

Use the report control on the call screen or on their profile. Reports go to the moderation team with the conversation context.

What does blocking do?

Blocking ends contact with that person — they can no longer message or call you.

What happens after I report someone?

The report reaches the moderation team together with the conversation context. Depending on severity the account gets a warning, a suspension, or a permanent ban — and anything involving minors skips straight to the ban.

Technical Problems

Video is choppy or won't connect.

Refresh the page first. If it persists, switch networks (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data), close other apps using the camera, and make sure your browser is up to date.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Everything runs in your web browser on phone and desktop. If you want an app-like shortcut, use your browser's "Add to Home Screen" — it installs the site as a lightweight app, no store download involved.

Which browsers work best?

Recent Chrome, Safari, or Edge on phone and desktop. If video misbehaves, updating the browser fixes it more often than anything else.
