1. Adults only — no exceptions
Everyone on HornyChat must be 18 or older. Any attempt to involve a minor — as a user, in an image, or even as a topic — ends in an immediate, permanent ban and, where appropriate, a report to authorities.
2. Consent comes first
A match is an invitation to talk, not an entitlement to anything else. Ask before changing the tone of a conversation, accept a "no" the first time, and never pressure a partner to turn on a camera or share anything. Your partner can leave at any moment — respect it when they do.
3. What is never allowed
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or degrading a partner who has not consented to that dynamic.
- Nudity or sexual behavior toward a partner who did not clearly agree to it.
- Impersonating another person, a staff member, or a bot pretending to be human.
- Sharing another person's private information (doxxing).
- Illegal content or activity of any kind.
4. What happens in a chat stays in the chat
A private conversation is for the two people in it. Screenshots, screen recording, streaming a chat to others, or publishing anything from a conversation is prohibited — it is the fastest way (after §1) to lose your account permanently.
5. No money games
Do not ask partners for money, gifts, or financial "help"; do not advertise services; do not push partners onto other platforms to sell something. If someone tries this on you, stop responding and report them — see our safety guide for the common scam patterns.
6. Reporting and blocking
The report and block controls sit on the call screen and on every profile. Reporting sends the conversation context to our moderation team; blocking ends contact — that person can no longer call or message you. Use them without hesitation — reports are confidential and there is no penalty for reporting in good faith.
7. How we enforce
Depending on severity, violations lead to a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban. Conduct involving minors, threats of harm, or fraud skips straight to a permanent ban. If you believe we got it wrong, appeal once through the contact page and a human will re-review the decision.
