1. Accepting these terms
By opening a chat, creating an account, or otherwise using hornychatgirl.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use HornyChat in any way. The Service is built for adults, and we remove accounts that misrepresent age.
You also may not use the Service if you have previously been banned, or if using it would break a law that applies to you.
3. What the Service is
HornyChat connects you with one adult chat partner at a time for a private, real-time conversation — by video, audio, or text — and lets you browse profiles, follow, message, and call members directly. Matching depends on who is online, so we cannot promise a particular partner, wait time, or outcome. We may add, change, or withdraw features as the Service evolves.
Live calls are not recorded by us; text messages you exchange are stored to provide your conversation history. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what data we do and do not keep.
4. Free start, coins, and payments
Starting is free: new users receive free matches, and every video or audio match opens with a free window. Continued usage — time beyond the free window, direct calls, gifts — is paid with coins. Wherever money is involved:
- You will always see the rate before anything is charged.
- Coins are licensed to you for use inside the Service; they are not money, earn no interest, and cannot be transferred or resold.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final and unused coins are not refundable.
- Prices may change, but a change never applies retroactively to coins you already bought.

5. Acceptable use
The short version: be an adult, treat the person on the other side like a person, and stay legal. In particular you agree not to:
- Involve anyone under 18 in any way, or ask a partner to do so.
- Record, screenshot, or redistribute any part of a conversation.
- Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate anyone.
- Solicit money, run commercial promotions, or send spam.
- Attempt to probe, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Your content and conduct
You are responsible for what you say and show on camera. By using the Service you confirm that anything you share is yours to share and does not violate anyone's rights. We do not claim ownership of your content; we only process it as needed to run the live conversation.
7. Ending the relationship
You can stop using HornyChat at any time, and you can request account deletion from your settings or via the contact page. We may suspend or terminate access — with or without notice — if you breach these terms, the Community Guidelines, or the law. Bans for conduct involving minors, threats, or fraud are permanent.
8. Disclaimers and limits of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, a particular match, or the behavior of other users. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service or the law changes. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you in the product. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
